Day 10. Caiguna to the middle of nowhere
Our first stop was a place called Cocklebiddy. Not a lot there to be honest. The picture says it all!
We carried on for another 30 miles or so in unbearable heat and no breeze at all . We ended up in a free camping layby with no facilities but a table! It was so hot in the van last night , I felt as though I was melting!!! We survived and carried on!!! These roads are like a kangaroo graveyard. At times you come across uo to 30 dead kangaroos within a mile. It’s horrible. Also some dead eagles and I saw one live wildcat feasting on a kangaroo carcass.
Tyre change today!
Bush bathroom facilities!!!
Goodnight folks!
Cocklebiddy! 😂
